I didn’t have a great experience with servarica. The main issue for me was the communication.

Replies took a while, and when they did come, they didn’t really answer everything. I had to keep asking follow-up questions that felt basic.
Overall it just wasn’t clear enough for me. I’d rather things be explained upfront, so I probably wouldn’t use them again

I’ll be honest, I felt a bit unsure after making the payment and wasn’t totally convinced everything would work as promised. But so far, the DDoS protection has been doing its job and my site has stayed safe

I ordered a VPS thinking it would be ready quickly, but it took way too long to provision. It just sat there waiting, and I kept going back to the panel over and over to check if anything had changed. the waiting was the annoying part, just waiting and waiting with no real progress.
Support was okay when I reached out, so I can’t really complain too much about them, but the delay still messed up what I was trying to do. The price is fine, no big issue there, but if you need a server fast, this was frustrating. Slow setup, too much checking, and again, just too much waiting

The only thing I ran into after using it for a bit was the datacenter location options. They have a few choices, and they’re okay, but none of them are quite where I’d ideally want them to be for my audience. So it gets the job done, but I do find myself wishing there were more locations to pick from

My payment went through without any issues, so that part was fine. The invoice emails were a little confusing, though. I had to read between the lines a bit and go back over the details before I really understood what I was being charged for

It’s not perfect though — had one short slowdown that was annoying as hell, but overall it’s been reliable enough for my stuff.

I tried to cancel and get a refund, but it ended up being way more hassle than I expected. Support was slow to reply, and when they did, the answers weren’t always clear?? It did get sorted in the end, thankfully, but honestly... not a great experience

The resources I ended up with didn’t really line up with the plan I had in mind. I was expecting things to be distributed a bit differently, so it kind of threw me off because..

I've been using a Servarica VPS for a little while now, and overall it's been solid. The CPU feels responsive, and my sites usually load quickly without me having to think about it much (which is what I want from a VPS).
The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that I’ve noticed a few minor slowdowns during busier hours. Nothing too serious, though, and uptime has been good for me so far (no big complaints there)...

I used Servarica for a bit, but the network just didn’t work out for me. Download speeds were all over the place — sometimes decent, but a lot of the time painfully slow. The latency was higher than I expected too, with random spikes that made the VPS frustrating to use. Support was okay, but it kind of felt like there wasn’t much they could actually do, and I got the impression the company might be more focused on keeping costs low and taking payments than making sure the service is solid. In the end it was just too unstable for what I needed, so I moved to another provider.

I reached out for help and the replies took forever. When they finally did respond, it was always at a bad time and the suggestions didn’t really solve anything. Frustrating overall.

I haven’t used every part of the control panel yet, but from what I’ve tried, it works well. It took me a little bit to get used to where everything is, but nothing too difficult.

I was hoping this would feel like a worthwhile purchase, but after trying it, I just couldn’t really see the value for the price. Sometimes you pay more and feel like it adds something meaningful to the experience, but this didn’t quite do that for me.

It’s okay overall. The speeds do slow down sometimes, which can be a little annoying, but for backups? What more do you really need? It still gets the job done if you’re not expecting anything super fast
